Halftime analysis

A lot to take in so far. The Bobcats don't seem to be able to stop the passing game at all by Bowling Green, but they have been able to stay strong at the front, holding the Falcons to just 16 rush yards so far. It has been the big, explosive plays that have facilitated BG to the endzone, but the Falcons have also been granted very good field position on most of the drives.

On the offensive side of the ball, the Bobcats obviously had a slow start, but since then Sprague and the unit have been able to get the passing game back consistent, all while being pinned deep in their own side of the field on almost every drive.

Sprague's injury during the second quarter turned out to be something minor that won't affect him and he is looking a lot more poised and confident in the pocket compared to prior games.

But....the offense needs to get into the endzone soon or else Ohio will have no chance at catching up. They led in yardage 285-203 at halftime, so that's something to keep rolling in the second half.
