The incident is alleged to have happened in Wilson Hall.
The Ohio University Police Department received its fourth report of rape for the academic year Thursday afternoon.
The reported rape occurred during Fall Semester 2014 in Lincoln Hall on East Green, according to the police report.
The three other rape reports are still under active investigation, according to OUPD's website.
Previously, A female OU student reported she was raped on Jan. 18 at 12:30 a.m. by a known individual. The reported rape occurred in Wilson Hall on West Green, according to that police report.
Additionally, two rape reports filed with OUPD in November are still listed as active and under investigation on the department’s website.
