Ohio University students and out-of-towners alike took to Twitter to discuss the block party and other Halloween events happening this weekend.
Arrests and block party attendance were down because of the cold weather, but many were disappointed that HallOUween was less wild than previous years. However, many people still took the trek to Court Street to see some fan-favorite DJs.
