YouTube expanded a new feature similar to Instagram stories; here’s what OU is doing to celebrate Hanukkah

Today is Friday, Nov. 30, 2018. Here’s what you need to know:

Good morning,

YouTube is expanding one of its newest feature for its creators that will be similar to Instagram Stories, according to The Verge. Following Thursday, more than 10,000 subscribers were given the chance to use the new feature.

While YouTube Stories are similar to Instagram’s, there are some major differences. YouTube’s feature lasts for seven days and appears for both subscribers and non-subscribers. The stories will also show up on YouTube’s “Up Next” sidebar beside videos.

Those who use the new tool will be able to interact with fans, as they can leave comments and questions on a creator’s story.
