The series

Ohio leads the all-time series against Toledo, 69-60. The Bobcats have not defeated the Rockets since March 9, 2017, in the MAC Tournament quarterfinals when Ohio won 67-66. The Bobcats’ last regular season win over the Rockets was Jan. 26, 2016, and the last Ohio win over Toledo in The Convo was on Feb. 1, 2014.

Key player to watch

Marreon Jackson — The junior guard is the catalyst behind Toledo’s fourth-ranked offense and leads the MAC in points per game. His passing ability is just as strong, too — he’s currently 21st in the nation in assists per game and second behind Preston in assists in the MAC. Ohio will have a tough test limiting Toledo’s offense, and the first step is stopping Jackson.
