Mini waffle makers are the latest TikTok food trend, and there are many reasons why. Mini waffle makers are inexpensive -- ranging from $10 to $15. They are also small appliances, often the circumference of a CD.

Mini waffle makers go beyond just making breakfast waffles. TikTok users are unlocking the makers’ true potential by experimenting with all it can do. One mini waffle maker has so many uses. Check out this list of things you didn’t know you could make in a mini waffle maker and get cooking!

Eggs

Ditch the frying pan and spatula, and bring out the mini waffle maker! Whisk your eggs in a bowl and pour the mixture into the mini waffle maker. Voila, scrambled eggs made easy.

Oatmeal

Similar to eggs, prepare your oatmeal like usual. But, instead of putting it in the microwave or on the stovetop, pour it into the mini waffle maker. Once done, top with peanut butter, blueberries, or honey; the options are endless!

Brownies

Do you hate when your brownies stick to the bottom of the pan? Try the batter in a mini waffle maker. The end product is a crispy circular brownie for one!

Mini apple pie

Chop up some apples and cook them on the stovetop in cinnamon to make the perfect pie filling. Then, take an uncooked biscuit and cut it in half. Lay each biscuit half in the waffle maker, sandwiching the apple mixture in the middle.

Buffalo chicken

Making buffalo chicken in a mini waffle maker gives it a cheesy crisp the oven can’t do. It’s like buffalo chicken dip without all the mess and still the perfect game day snack.

Corn dogs

Corn dogs can be challenging to make homemade, but not with a mini waffle maker. Although it doesn’t come out of the traditional hot dog shape, it’s still a delicious and portable meal.
