Softball: Ohio returns home for a weekend series with Bowling Green

Ohio will play its first home series since the end of March when Mid-American Conference opponent Bowling Green visits Athens this weekend. The Bobcats (12-13, 8-8 MAC) fell below .500 after going 3-5 in a road series against Kent State and Toledo the previous two weekends. The Falcons are Ohio’s opportunity to get back on track.

Instead, the last time these two teams played was in March 2019, when Ohio swept Bowling Green thanks to three great offensive performances, including an 8-7 eight-inning victory won by a walk-off double RBI from Morgan Geno.
