Yik Yak is an anonymous posting platform that shows posts within 5 miles of users’ current locations. Users can upvote or downvote posts, similar to liking or disliking on Facebook.
This week, Yik Yak users were especially excited about Halloween in Athens. Users were curious about how many costumes everyone would wear throughout the weekend and what events would be taking place. Per usual, the dining halls were a popular subject as well, along with posts gushing over Pumpkin.
