OUPD reports sexual battery in Tanaka Hall

The Ohio University Police Department reported Friday a sexual battery that occurred in Tanaka Hall on Wednesday. 

According to the police report, the survivor reported unwanted sexual contact between them and a suspect who they know. The report also said the survivor’s control was “impaired.”
