Yaya Felder announced Thursday that she will transfer to Baylor next season. Felder spent two seasons with Ohio.
Felder made her decision public via an Instagram post. Felder was one of the Mid-American Conference's best players, averaging 22 points, five rebounds, and four assists per game.
Felder entered the transfer portal on March 23, and after two weeks, she made the decision to take her talents south to Waco, Texas.
Baylor was one of the most dominant women's basketball teams in the country in the 2010s, making it to the Sweet 16 or further every year from 2010-2019. Felder will be coached by former 2018 WNBA coach of the year, Nicki Collen.
