Harry Styles returns to music with new album announcement

After Harry Styles’ Love On Tour came to an end in 2023, he made it clear to fans he was taking a break from music for a while. This left many fans devastated after his nearly two-year-long tour run. However, after a lengthy hiatus, Styles announced his fourth studio album, “Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally.”

During Styles’s three-year music pause, he was spotted around the world with his girlfriend Zoë Kravitz. He was even spotted in a large crowd at Pope Leo XIV’s conclave in May. People never gave up on his return to music, as he was continuously seen all over.

Suspicion began in late December after Styles posted a video titled “Forever, Forever” on his YouTube channel. The video showed clips from his final concert, highlighting fans throughout. The video transitions into Styles on stage performing a piece he composed as a goodbye to his fans.

At the conclusion of the video, a picture of fans at Campovolo in Reggio Emilia, Italy, is shown with the words, “We Belong Together” over it. The message left fans speculating about what this meant for Styles’ future.

“The video reads like a bridge, a way of reconnecting with us after a long silence,” one commenter said. “Almost like he’s saying: ‘I haven’t forgotten you. I’m still here. Something is coming.’ If he were retiring, the tone would be very different.”

Fans could not have been more correct, as Styles later began dropping hints about his album a few weeks later.

An Instagram account titled @webelongtogethr.co was created just a day after the YouTube video’s release, and a single post of the video’s final image was on the page.

Fans suggested the account was fake or fan-made. However, this did not stop diehard fans from holding out hope for new music.

“Am I clowning again?” one Instagram user commented. “After all this time?!?!”

Six days ago, posters of the We Belong Together image began popping up in major cities across the world. Fans quickly took to social media to post about the poster sightings, further confirming that something big was coming.

Fans also began sharing the poster locations for others to find. Some even ripped pieces of the poster to take as a memento.

The same day, more posts began popping up on the Instagram account, and fans then realized Styles really made a return to music.

Later that week, “Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally” was announced, giving final confirmation that HS4 is officially on its way. Since the announcement, fans have been wondering what is in store for the new album.

While there is no track list announced for the album, @webelongtogethr.co posted a snippet of a song from the new album Sunday. Though only a few seconds long, the clip gives what the album title promises. It is upbeat with a disco sound, and it sounds like listeners will easily be able to groove with the music.

“Kiss All the Time. Disco, occasionally,” is set to come out on March 6, just shy of four years since Styles’ last album release. It will be interesting to see what the album has in store for fans as more album content drops. If one thing is for sure, it is that 2026 will have a lot in store for Styles.
