The American Collegiate Hockey Association National Tournament lineup has been announced and three Central States Collegiate Hockey League teams, including Ohio, will travel to Delaware to compete March 5-9. Two-time defending national champion Lindenwood took the No. 1 seed and Robert Morris (Ill.), who split a series with Ohio over Feb. 4-5, will also represent the CSCHL.
Last year’s runner-up Iowa State did not make the tournament. The Cyclones were swept by Lindenwood in their final series and Robert Morris’ split with the Bobcats propelled them past the Cyclones in the ACHA standings.
No. 3 seed Ohio will take on No. 14 Canton at 10 a.m. on Saturday March 5 at Delaware’s Fred Rust Arena, an Olympic-sized ice sheet. The winner will take on the winner of No. 6 Minot State and No. 11 Oakland, who the Bobcats split a series with back in October.
