Well, here goes nothing. I'm going to try to do something no one has (probably) ever done (Well, or tried to, really. But alas...): Pick every MAC Tournament game correctly. It starts with the first round games tonight. Most of these early ones should be no-brainers, but I'm still going to over-think them because, well, that's what I do in March. Let's get on with it...

No. 12 Toledo at No. 5 Ohio

The Bobcats might not have received a first-round bye, but this is the next-best scenario: a first-round home game against a 4-27 team that hasn't won on the road in three years. Uhh, check please?

Ohio 81, Toledo 63

No. 11 Eastern Michigan at No. 6 Akron

After an embarrassing loss to the Eagles appeared to be rock bottom at the time for the Zips, Akron really turned it around with a six-game winning streak. Despite coming into the tournament having lost their last two, I still think the Zips can get it done against the Brandon Bowdrys

Akron 66, Eastern Michigan 56

No. 10 Northern Illinois at No. 7 Bowling Green

This is the tough game. Xavier Silas is banged up. If he's healthy, I like the upset here. But he isn't playing, so I unfortunately have to pick a team in which I don't have any confidence. The rest of the Huskies are THAT bad.

Bowling Green 59, Northern Illinois 56

No. 9 Central Michigan at No. 8 Buffalo.

If you read my staff pick today, you would already know the winner of this game. The Bobca..., err, I mean Bulls, have underachieved all season long but might be the most talented team in the league. They need to fend off Trey Zeigler and company at home to begin things, though

Buffalo 75, Central Michigan 68
