Student-Athlete of the Week: Rachel Heim, swimming and diving

Heim helped lead the charge as the Bobcats won the Mid-American Conference championship over the weekend. She won and set school and MAC records in the 100 and 200 butterfly.

She was also a part of the 400 medley relay team that not only won the race, but became the first MAC relay team to qualify for the NCAA Tournament since 1993.

Honorable Mentions: Seth Streich, baseball

Streich hammered the ball all weekend in North Carolina. He hit .600 (9-for-15) with four RBIs during Ohio's four game stint in Davidson, N.C. He also pitched well on the mound, throwing seven scoreless innings with nine strikeouts in a 2-1 loss to Davidson Friday.

Tenishia Benson, women's basketball

     No mask? No problem.

After injuring her face a few weeks ago, Benson had been wearing a protective mask. But she ditched it last week and excelled, scoring a career-high 27 points against Kent State. She followed that up with 23 in Saturday's 70-65 loss to Buffalo. Benson leads Ohio in scoring this season with 14 points per game.
