According to figures released by the NCAA on Tuesday, Ohio University student-atheltes who enrolled in school between 2001 and 2004 graduated at a rate of 82 percent.

The report broke down individual sports at Ohio, as well. Women’s volleyball, softball, swimming and diving, men’s golf and women’s golf all had a 100 percent graduation rate during the four-year period.

Men's basketball ranked second in the Mid-American Conference with a graduation rate of 79 percent while the football team ranked fourth in the MAC with a rate of 71 percent during the same period. Both rates rank higher than the NCAA average for each sport.

“Graduating our student-athletes has been and will always be our No. 1 priority at Ohio University,” athletic director Jim Schaus said in a statement. “Our 82 percent graduation success rate is a testament to the hard work put in by our student-athletes and academic support systems.”
