Ohio senior golfer Paul Grauer was named the Mid-American Conference Golfer of the Week Wednesday.
Grauer opened the season on a strong note for the Bobcats in two match play events and in the Wexford Plantation Intercollegiate. Grauer helped lead the Bobcats to a 12th place finish at the Intercollegiate.
He led all Bobcats with a three-round total of 227 in the tournament. He shot a 71 in the second round of the tournament, which was his lowest score during three rounds.
Grauer finished the tournament tied for the 18thbest individual score.
