Ohio senior starting pitcher Jason Moulton's complete game win against Bowling Green Saturday was his best of the season. He was rewarded accordingly, as he was named Collegesportsmadness.com's Mid-American Conference player of the week Thursday.

Moulton struck out six and allowed eight hits in the Bobcats' 11-0 win, their lone victory in their three-game series with the Falcons.

It was Moulton's first complete game of the season, while it was Ohio's seventh.

He leads the team with a 2.08 ERA, holds a 4-2 record and has allowed only 15 earned runs on the season.

Freshman first baseman Jake Madsen was the first Bobcat to take home the honor on Mar. 19.

Moulton will make his next appearance on the mound for Ohio Saturday against MAC-leading Kent State.
