Reactions:

"Their first starter had some problems with walks, wild pitches and some hit by pitches. That created the opportunity for us in the second inning." — Coach Rob Smith on Ohio's three-run second inning

"(Jake) grinded. A starter's job is to keep you in a game, and even on a day where he probably wasn't sharp, we still had a chance to win that game and that's ll you can ask of your starting pitching." — Smith on Jake Roehn's performance - 5.2 innings pitches, 9 hits, 4 runs, 2 walks and 3 strikeouts

"We had too many fly-ball outs, we had 14. (St. Bonaventure) had some challeges on defense, but when you hit lazy routine fly balls, we didn't challenge their defense enough." — Smith on the offensive play by Ohio - 4 hits and 4 strikeouts
