Last week, I talked about how the NFL free agency period this year has changed the value of some players in regards to the upcoming fantasy year.

Since there has been more moves since last week, guess what, I’m going to talk about it even more!

Let’s dig in:

Matt Schaub, quarterback for the Oakland Raiders

- This is a tough acquisition. Schaub had some solid years under the helm for the Texans, but as previous athletes have shown, being the quarterback for the Raiders is no easy task. Ask Matt Flynn, Terrelle Pryor or Matthew McGloin. I would be cautious picking up Schaub.

Jimmy Graham, Tight End for New Orlean Saints

- I loved Graham last year, he was a monster. But hold outs can really hurt a player’s season, just look at Chris Johnson after his 2,000 yard season and Darrelle Revis after his holdout in 2010. I still think Graham is the best tight end in the game, but don’t expect numbers like he put up last season.

Knowshon Moreno, running back for Miami Dolphins

- Even though he is still hasn’t signed with Miami, Moreno is speculated to join the team for 2014. Even though Moreno was a solid fantasy option for owners last year, history tends to repeat itself. Reggie Bush struggled in Miami and I would still regard Moreno as a 2RB in Miami.

Maurice Jones-Drew, free agent running back

- This is a special case, as wherever MJD lands this free agency he’ll provide a good work load. His 1,000 yard, 10 touchdown days are probably over, but MJD will give any fantasy owner a solid 2014 season if he lands with a contending team like New England or Pittsburgh. Don’t pass up Jones-Drew if he is still around in the 4th or 5th rounds.

DeSean Jackson, wide receiver for the Philadelphia Eagles

- Ok, I admit, I was wrong about Nick Foles last year. That being said, Jackson returning to the Eagles is the strongest move he could’ve done. With a weak NFC East, we could be hearing a lot of “Foles to Jackson” under an upbeat Chip Kelly offense. Jackson still remains a valid WR2 or Flex option for owners next year.

Bears Defense

- Choosing between Jared Allen and Julius Peppers is like trying to pick between tape or Elmer’s glue to fix something. Allen will improve the Bear’s 32 ranked rush defense, but I would only pick up the Bear’s defense next season if your number one defense is on a bye.

Mark Sanchez, free agent quarterback

- Two words: Butt Fumble. Don’t pick this guy.
