Ohio's Laura Dawson was named Co-Swimmer of the Week for the Mid-American Conference.
Junior Laura Dawson was named Co-Swimmer of the Week in the Mid-American Conference on Tuesday after a strong showing in Ohio’s meet against Akron.
Dawson won three of the events, including the 200-yard freestyle, the 200-yard backstroke and the 200-yard IM. She also helped her 400-yard medley relay team to a second place finish. She totaled 31 points for the Bobcats.
Dawson and Ohio will return to action Nov. 13 when they host Marshall at the Aquatic Center.
