The Post whips up a few drinking guidelines for tonight's debate.

With state primaries underway, things can get really tense for the avid presidential race follower.

Luckily, The Post hopes to alleviate some of that stress with a drinking game for tonight’s Democratic debate at 9 p.m., hosted by PBS in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Without further ado, here are the rules:

  • If Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders or former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton argues that they are the more progressive candidate, drink.

  • When the moderators or either candidate discusses the black or minority vote, take a drink.

  • Drink when either candidate rags on Wall Street. (We suggest you keep this to one drink per candidate).

  • If Sanders raises his hand to speak, drink.

  • When someone mentions the South Carolina primary, drink.

  • Finish your drink if anyone mentions the whole “Bernie Sandwich” or “Bernie Sandals” incident.

Happy drinking, Bobcats.
