Make sure you catch these movies this June.

If you want a break from all of the superhero movies, make a trip to the movie theater this June. Three of the most highly anticipated sequels will make their big-screen debuts and you don’t want to miss out. Here are the must-see films for the month of June:

June 3: Me Before You— William Traynor (Sam Claflin) was paralyzed in a tragic accident and now needs the help of home nurses. The accident has left him in sullen state and no one can cheer him up — that is until Lou (Emilia Clarke) comes along. Me Before You is going to be the romantic movie of the summer. Fans of the book by Joyce Moyes will not be disappointed because the author also wrote the screenplay for film. Grab a box of tissues — you’re going to bawl your eyes out — and go to your nearest theater.

June 10: Now You See Me 2 — This sequel to the 2013 hit should be at the top of your list of movies to see this summer. Most of the original cast is back (though Isla Fisher will not be back as Henley) and ready to perform more magic tricks. Of course, every movie has to have some sort of antagonist, and in this installment it’s the man who gave the Four Horsemen — the name of the group — its start. Harry Potter fans will be happy to know that the "Chosen One" himself, Daniel Radcliffe, will be playing a character in the movie.

June 17: Finding Dory— If you grew up in the early 2000s, you might remember a little movie — OK, it was a huge success — called Finding Nemo. The sequel to the animated feature film that grossed over $380 million in the U.S. alone has finally arrived, and people could not be happier. The film focuses on a fun-loving, forgetful fish named Dory and the quest to find her family. While the name suggests she is lost, the trailer suggests she is simply trying to find out who she really is. Finding Dory will not only draw the younger audience, but the teenagers who remember watching Finding Nemo when they were younger.

June 17: Central Intelligence — Kevin Hart and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson team up in this action/comedy film. The two play former high school classmates who meet up many years later. In the beginning of the movie, The Rock plays the geeky guy, Bob Stone, who is an easy target for bullies. Hart plays the football player, Calvin, who is kind enough to help Bob out. When they meet in a bar, Calvin finds out that the former dweeb is now a secret agent. If you’re looking for a laugh, go see this film.

June 24: Independence Day: Resurgence — An Independence Day sequel has been in the works for many years, and fans of the patriotic hit do not have to wait much longer for its arrival. The premise of the movie is very similar to the film released two decades ago: America is being invaded by aliens and people have to bring their A-game in order to take back the great nation. This time around, it won’t be Will Smith slaying the invaders, as Liam Hemsworth is stepping into the lead role. The film makes ties to the original by bringing back some of the original cast, like Jeff Goldblum, Bill Pullman and Vivica A. Fox. In the first movie, the president, Pullman, and Smith’s character had children. Those children are all grown up now and play important roles in the film. Patricia Whitmore (Maika Moore), the president’s daughter, plays Jake Morrison’s (Hemsworth) love interest, and Jessie Usher stars as Dylan Hiller, Steven Hiller’s (Smith) son. With a great cast and a plotline that is literally from out of this world, Independence Day: Resurgence is bound to deliver a cataclysmic run at the box office.
