Sandra Anderson, Chairwoman of the Resources Committee, speaks to student protestors and the Board of Trustees during her presentation on Guaranteed Tuition. After suggesting to the Board that the first cohort rate of Guaranteed Tuition be set at 5.1 percent, student protestors stood and began chanting demands, which disrupted and suspended the board meeting.
