Ridges' graves exchange numbers for names

Members of the ROTC and the community placed forty-three grave markers at the Ridges Asylum Cemetery over the graves of veterans Oct. 29. Doug Lockhart, who has a blacksmith shop in Logan, Ohio, made the markers.
