Beer bill set to raise the allowed proof

Jess Adami, a bartender at Jackie O’s Pub & Brewery for almost four years, taps one of Jackie O’s craft beers for a customer. House Bill 391 would allow sale and production of craft beers in Ohio to contain up to 21% alcohol.
