Franco's Pizza Place, the second location of the Lancaster-based restaurant, will open March 10 on 42 S. Court St., where Kiser’s Barbeque used to be. Franco’s is named after the owner of the Pizza Place in Parkersburg, where the founder, Marty Parsons, worked for 26 years.
