Disability awareness event gives locals experience of everyday challenges

Megan Ossim and Kristen Grinnan help Margaret Payne, who works at Building Bridges Adult Center, practice walking at Ponderosa Steakhouse. Ossim and Grinnan, both second year graduate students studying Physical Therapy immobilized Payne to simulate the symptoms of a stroke and hemiplegia, paralysis of the right side of the body, for the "Challenge by Choice" event.
