and the regular employees show up around 7 p.m. Rookies usually don't have to do the full shift and show up at 11 p.m. or 1 a.m. They are usually there until 4 a.m. or whenever the closing jobs are done: locking up
wiping down tables getting the ketchup off the wall and
in some cases
the pickles off the TVs and mopping up after drunks who may have had a few too many Crispy Chicken Nuggets or Biggie Fries.
