Last year on March 9, Ohio University senior Terris Ross was shot in a car in the parking lot of University Commons Apartments, 15 S. Schafer St. One year after his death, the murder remains unsolved. Several events have been planned this week to mark the anniversary of Ross' death and to address problems and misunderstandings in Athens and at OU.

A Real Issues Forum at Lindley Cultural Center in the Multipurpose Room 7:29 p.m.
Tuesday
A vigil lighting and wall painting behind Bentley Hall. The lighting will take place after the wall is painted. 7 p.m.
Wednesday
Prayer at the Howard Hall Site 3:09 p.m.
Thursday
Raising funds for Teaira Ross, Terris Ross' daughter, at College Gate 3 p.m.
Friday
We Need Unity in Our Community weekly meeting at Lindley Cultural Center in the Multipurpose Room 5:30 p.m.
