Younger Generation Z and Generation Alpha are often viewed and criticized for acting too “grown” for their age, whether it be in mannerisms or interests. Many have a huge interest in makeup, skincare, clothes, music and media that exceeds their maturity level. It's not surprising, though because many of them are online and susceptible to social pressure and disdain.

These feuds, and many other infamous rivalries, within the female music industry may seem entertaining to the masses. These fights, however, may be less about personal competition and more about manufactured rivalries created by fans and the industry.

Just over 2 years ago on a rainy afternoon in Athens, Ohio hosted bitter rivals Miami (OH) for the annual Battle of the Bricks rivalry. It was a massive game for both teams and the entire Mid-American Conference. Miami pulled off the huge win on Frank Solich Field, and walked off firmly in the drivers seat for a MAC title spot.

For redshirt senior Rodney Harris II, who played high school football at Princeton, a school near Cincinnati and Ohio’s biggest rival, Miami. This game was something more as he has had a massive chip on his shoulder ever since he arrived here as a freshman.
