Depths of Music: Summer of Pop Punk

This summer I got to see Paramore, (supported by Genesis Owusu and Bloc Party) and Fall Out Boy (supported by Carr, Royal The Serpent, and Bring Me The Horizon) on their respective 2023 tours. Today I’m comparing and going over these tours, telling so many stories and talking about all the pros and cons of these two massive shows.

Depths of Music: The Yearly Roast

About once a year on Depths of Music, I indulge the urge to be a hater and talk about an album that particularly gets under my skin. This year, I needed some help, so I recruited the best hater I know, my girlfriend Ashley, to talk about the newest album from Michigan rapper NF, HOPE. Did this album live up to our hype for it, well, it was exactly as bad as we thought, so yes, in a way it did.
