Football: National Signing Day Live Blog

Welcome to National Signing Day. 

At 7 a.m., recruits from all across the country were officially allowed to submit a National Letter of Intent to the school of their choice. The letters have to be faxed to the university. The Post will have continuous, all-day updates and coverage of one of the most important days of the college football offseason. 

Ohio entered the day with 16 "hard" commits. All rankings below are courtesy of 247Sports.com. Here are the players that signed with the Bobcats today:

Officially committed to the Bobcats:

-7:12 a.m.: Marlin Brooks: Three-star cornerback, 5-foot-10, 157 pounds, Coral Gables Senior High School, Miami Florida

-7:20 a.m.: Drew Keszei: Two-star pro-style quarterback, 6-foot-1, 185 pounds, Homestead High School, Fort Wayne, Indiana

-7:45 a.m.: Willie Cherry: Two-star wide receiver, 6-foot-2, 195 pounds, Rider High School, Wichita Falls, Texas

-7:49 a.m.: Ayoola Ogun-Semore: Defensive end, 6-foot-5, 220 pounds, Mill Creek High School, Hoschton, Georgia. This is Ohio's first commit of the day that hadn't verbally committed before.

-8:01 a.m.: Samson Jackson: Two-star offensive lineman, 6-foot-6, 285 pounds, Palm Harbor University, Tarpon Springs, Florida

-8:03 a.m.: Tariq Drake: Two-star cornerback, 6-foot-1, 165 pounds, LaBrae High School, Leavittsburg

-8:38 a.m.: Alvin Floyd: Cornerback, 5-foot-11, 170 pounds, North Miami Beach High School, Miami, Florida. Ohio's second commit of the day who wasn't committed before this morning.

-8:45 a.m.: Steven Hayes: Two-star offensive lineman, 6-foot-4, 295 pounds, Hutchinson Community College, Hutchinson, Kansas

-8:54 a.m.: Hagan Meservy: Two-star offensive lineman, 6-foot-4, 280 pounds, Jenks High School, Jenks, Oklahoma

-9:04 a.m.: KJ Minter: Two-star wide receiver, 6-foot-1, 186 pounds, North Marion High School, Citra, Florida

-9:11 a.m.: Kaieem Caesar: Two star defensive lineman, 6-foot-2, 260 pounds, Cache High School, Cache, Oklahoma

-9:25 a.m.: TJ Robinson: Three-star linebacker, 6-foot, 200 pounds, Trinity Christian Academy, Jacksonville, Florida

-9:38 a.m.: Julian Ross: Running back, 5-foot-10, 190 pounds, Staley High School, Kansas City, Missouri. Third commit of the morning that wasn't committed to the Bobcats before today.'

-9:51 a.m.: Nathan Rourke: Pro-style quarterback, 6-foot-3, 210 pounds, Fort Scott Community College, Ontario, Canada. Rourke had previously signed his letter of intent and is already on campus.

-10:22 a.m.: Isiah Cox: Two-star wide receiver, 5-foot-11, 163 pounds, Walker High School, Jasper, Alabama

-10:37 a.m.: Brevin Harris: Three-star wide receiver, 6-foot-4, 180 pounds, Norwayne High School, Creston. Harris was originally committed to Purdue and then Marshall. Flipped his commitment to the Bobcats today.

-11:00 a.m.: De'Vante Mitchell: Three-star safety, 5-foot-11, 190 pounds, Champagnat Catholic High School, Hialeah, Florida

-11:49 a.m.: Brett Kitrell: Three-star offensive lineman, 6-foot-4, 280 pounds, Ashland-Greenwood High School, Ashland, Nebraska

-12:23 p.m.: Juan "Vonnie" Watkins: Two-star defensive end, 6-foot-5, 220 pounds, Patuxent High School, Lusby, Maryland

-2:45 p.m.: Jylton Tusha: Three-star offensive lineman, 6-foot-4, 305 pounds, University Christian, Jacksonville, Florida. Has the coolest nickname of the Ohio recruiting class, and it isn't close. "The Albanian Bear."

-4:15 p.m.: Marcus Coleman: Three-star defensive lineman, 6-foot-5, 290 pounds, St. Frances Academy, Upper Marlboro, Maryland. The biggest surprise of the day, the 27th ranked player in Maryland and the 98th ranked defensive tackle in America. Coleman was the last commit of the day, rounding out a 21-player class.
