Athens Police are investigating a reported sexual assault at the Phi Kappa Tau fraternity house early Saturday morning.
The victim reported the incident took place during a party at the house, 50 E. State St., between the hours of midnight and 1 a.m. Saturday, according to a release from the department.
Police are still investigating and have not yet named any suspects.
The fraternity could not be reached for comment.
