Oscars attendees received a gift certificate for axe-throwing; Ohio state code has some weird rules

Today is Monday, Feb. 25, 2019. Here’s what you need to know:

Good morning,

Your chances of seeing Lady Gaga throw an axe in a new, swanky bar is more likely to happen now that she’s attended the 2019 Oscars.

The goody bags for the night’s attendees featured a $13,500 gift certificate to Brooklyn-based axe-throwing bar Kick Axe. The VIP package included one-on-one training with an “axe-pert” and an open bar.

Perhaps this will be a good destresser for all of the night’s losers, but it’s probably a good idea to make sure the winners and losers go at different times.
