The Ohio University Police Department arrested a man on Sunday, Jan. 19, for masturbating on the fifth floor of Alden Library.
James Robert Crumby III, 21, was arrested on a charge of public indecency and engaging in a sexual act, according to an OUPD report.
OUPD received two complaints from people before officers arrived just after 11 a.m. Crumby was arrested just before 11:45 a.m.
