An Exploration of Fascia at 5 p.m. hosted by Spiral Path Therapies. Join trained professionals for a virtual exploration of fascia through yoga, meditation and writing. The event starts with an introduction and a guided meditation prompt, followed by a 60-minute yin yoga practice, then a 30-minute guided meditation centered around the principles of craniosacral therapy and trauma resolution with a focus on fascia.
