A week after Kyle Dean was named Mid-American Conference player of the week, senior Jensen Painter earns the honor for the past week.
Painter batted .538 with two home runs and six runs batted in while leading the Bobcats to three wins in the past four games.
Painter currently leads the team in home runs (4), RBI (14), hits (19), total bases (37), walks (11) slugging percentage (.698), on base percentage (.462)
His marks for slugging percentage and on-base percentage are among the conference leaders.
Ohio'a next game is against IPFW on Friday. The Mastodons will be here for a four-game set.
