First Inning

Top: Robby Spencer hit a triple to deep center, leading to a run on a sacrifice ground-out on by the next batter. The rest were retired by Ohio.

Bottom: G. Black lined a single up the center, then Madsen was walked. A sacrifice ground out scored G. Black. The next Ohio batters retired.

Second Inning: Ohio 1, Morehead State 1

Top: No hits in the inning, only two runners reach base, on a hit-by-pitch and a fielder's choice.

Bottom: Taylor Emody led off the inning with a double to the right-center field gap. A sacrifice bunt by T. Black to the pitcher moved Emody to third base. A deep sacrifice fly by Winters to center field scores Emody on the tag-up.

Third Inning: Ohio 2, Morehead State 1

Top: Kane Sweeney drove the ball to right field for a single, then on the next play, an error by Callery moved Sweeney to second, loading first and second base with runners. Bobby Burns hit a single to right field, which scored Sweeney on the play. With two outs in the inning, a double to center field scored two more runs. A strike out ended the inning.

Bottom: G. Black reached first base and was advanced to third base on a wild pitch. He scored off a double by Wells. Adryan got caught at second base on a drive to center field on the next at-bat. Wells was advanced to third. Wells tied the game at four on a past ball on the next batter, Rieman was struck out following that.

Fourth Inning: Ohio 4, Morehead State 4

Top: Robby Spencer drove the ball to right field, and was able to reach third on a triple, thanks to the sun in the eyes of Jake Madsen.

Bottom: Emody reached first on a single.

Fifth Inning: Ohio 4, Morehead State 4

Top: Bradon Rawe led the inning off with a single up the middle on the first pitch. Chris Robinson hit a liner to right field, which advanced Rawe to third base. Bobby Burns singled to right center on the next pitch, which scored Rawe and advanced Robinson to third. Jeff Birkofer doubled to center field, which scored both remaining runners on base, he moved to third base on an error. The next batter hit a double to right field, scoring the runner from third base. The next batter grounded out to second, moving Bigler to third base. P Jeremy Cronk replaced Salisbury with one out. Ryan Kent was walked, and then stole second base two pitches later. A wild pitch followed, allowing Bigler to score. Robby Spencer doubled to second base, scoring one more run. P Spencer Sapp came in to replace Cronk and the first batter hit an RBI single to center.

Bottom: Wells reached base, but the rest were retired.

Sixth Inning: Ohio 4, Morehead State 11

Top: P Logan Cozart started the inning on the mound for Ohio. One batter reached base, but the rest were retired

Top: P Corey Wells started the inning for Ohio. Nick Newell led off the inning with a solo home run, but nothing else ensued.
