OU professor in the Human Anatomy and Biological Sciences departments, Ian Klein, created a fitness class called 'Move Better, Do Better' almost two years ago. This program is more than just a workout, as it's a space for the Athens community to improve their well-being through guided exercises, designed to build strength, flexibility and balance. A member of the class says she loves it because it a low impact class with high reward. Despite the class being free, Klein does accept donations from attendees to give back to various charities. He says they've raised about 2,000 dollars so far.
