The Post in partnership with The Athens County Independent co-hosted, "Journalism and the First Amendment". The training was designed for journalists and presented by The First Amendment Clinic at Case Western Reserve University School of Law. Topics covered in the workshop include: Editorial Discretion & Prior Restraint (5:02-36:19), Student Speech (36:58-1:06:25), Court Access (1:07:48-1:39:07), Your Rights To Gather News (1:40:10-2:16:22), and Defamation (2:16:46-2:41:15).
