Dr. Eddith Dashiell is retiring after 33 years of impactful work in journalism. For the past five years she's been the Director of the E.W. Scripps School of Journalism, and she was the first woman and African American to fill the role. Dr. D has inspired so many students over the years and she will continue to be an advocate of free speech and journalism.
