Ohio University has 36 operational dorms that house approximately 8,000 undergraduate students, with another dorm, McDavis Hall, set to open at the start of the 2026-27 academic year. The buildings contain a total of 3,751 rooms with the capactiy to house a maximum of 7,493 students.

Generation Z has shown a tendency to reject dating people with political views different from their own. It's been said that you don’t have to align politically with a romantic partner and talking about politics is meant to keep it out of dating; however, it deserves to be a factor and is becoming a bigger one. Placing politics in a list of dating requirements is normal and should be considered thoroughly because political forces shape how we see the world.

Ohio (11-11 overall, 5-5 Mid-American Conference) has hit its mid-season slump at a very inopportune time, losing four of its last five games. Akron and Kent State beat Ohio by a combined 36 points over the last two, and before that, the Bobcats fell in two road games at Toledo and a poor Ball State team.

In light of the tragedies in Minnesota, it seems almost disrespectful to demand that the news cycle set its sights anywhere else. Of course, the numerous murders and other injustices at the hands of Immigration and Customs Enforcement are worth all of the outrage they generate. However, focusing on one issue at a time allows other controversial actions of Trump to get swept under the rug, leading to a lack of consequences.

According to data collected by public relations software firm Muck Rack, since 2002, there has been a 75% decrease in the number of local journalists. The sudden rush of technological advancements and the creation of large global communities on the Internet have led to countless news deserts, a shift from local engagement to online communities and choosing a party’s national ideology.
