'Game of Thrones' is returning in April; Ohio will face Buffalo tonight

Today is Wednesday, Nov. 14, 2018. Here’s what you need to know:

Good morning,

Next year, winter will come in April. HBO’s Game of Thrones announced its official return in a tweet Tuesday.

The series will return viewers to Westeros for its eighth and final season. The six-episode season cost HBO about $15 million an episode, according to Entertainment Weekly

The season took 10 months to film and might culminate in an epic final battle that has been alluded to since the beginning of the series.

One thing is certain: fans of Game of Thrones will block off their calendars for the entire month of April.
