Three people are wanted for aggravated robbery after allegedly threatening a person with a gun early Thursday morning between Buffalo Wild Wings and Haning Hall.
The suspects are described as “older than college age,” according to an Athens Police Department report. One of them is a white 5 foot 10 man with a short beard and baggy jeans. The second suspect is a black man with a short beard. The third suspect is a white woman with black or brown hair.
At about 3:20 a.m. Thursday, APD took a report of a robbery that happened between 2:30 a.m. and 3 a.m, according to an APD report.
The victim reported jaywalking in front of a car, which started a verbal fight. The victim said the suspects then parked their car and assaulted the victim.
One of the suspects allegedly shoved a pistol in his face, according to an APD news release.
The victim is missing personal property and believes that it was taken during the altercation.
The case is currently being investigated by APD, and there is no other information available.
