Here's what your favorite pre-workout says about you

Everyone has things that motivate them to go to the gym. Maybe it’s a new workout set you plan on wearing, or a post-workout snack.

Some people just need a boost of energy to charge them up in order to have a killer workout session.

There are many different pre-workout drinks on the market, but most people have their own personal preferences.

Here’s what your favorite pre-workout says about you.

Bang

If you drink Bang before you work out, you might be new to the gym, but quickly on your way to gym bro status.

You might be a bit of an ego lifter and not focus so much on your form, but you will fix it soon enough.

Bang is not a bad pre-workout option, with 300 mg of caffeine along with some creatine as well. You’ll be set for an amazing gym session.

Coffee

If you drink coffee before your workout, I am afraid of you. There’s also a good chance you are 50 years old.

You probably just go to the gym and hop on the elliptical for an hour and call it day, but that’s okay because at least you made it there.

Coffee tends to do things to the body that other pre-workouts will not. Because of that, you are very brave, and I respect you.

Reign

People who drink Reign are probably veteran lifters. You have been lifting since you came out of the womb, and you know a good pre-workout from a bad one.

You probably go hard in the gym and may even be a slightly intense or intimidating person.

Many people’s personalities often match the containers of their pre-workout, and this is especially true for Reign drinkers.

Celsius or Alani Nu

Full disclosure: as an avid Celsius drinker myself, one of the main reasons I go to the gym is so that I can drink a Celsius before.

These drinks are for the gym girlies that probably do a lot of ab exercises and cardio.

You own the treadmill and StairMaster, but dabble in the weight sections to do legs.

The same thing goes for how Reign drinkers match their cans, Celsius and Alani Nu drinkers do as well. The colorful, slender cans have become their own aesthetic, and nothing feels better than walking into the gym with it.

Bucked Up/Ghost

If your go-to pre-workout is anything along the lines of these, you probably spend a lot of your paycheck at GNC.

There’s also a 50% chance you skip leg day. I don’t make the rules.

You probably do a double scoop and are a caffeine addict.

Dry scoopers

While this isn’t an actual pre-workout, this method still says a lot about you.

If you dry scoop, you don’t care about what your pre-workout tastes like. You can’t waste any time drinking a pre-workout because that’s time being taken away from the gym.

You are ready to get in the gym and throw down some heavy weights, probably aggressively.

There is a very good chance you are into bodybuilding or powerlifting.
