Imposter syndrome can strike anybody: students, athletes, parents, friends, significant others and employees alike. From incredibly accomplished and highly respected figures to those earning the small daily wins to improve themselves, the effects of imposter syndrome are demoralizing and borderline uncontrollable. I myself have dealt with imposter syndrome in several aspects of my life, but I always remind myself that it is a mental game and that so many are fighting the same battle.
