Guest commentary: Headline on fundraising article contradicts factual content

I am writing with some concerns I have regarding the puzzling headline for the article authored by Kristina Hauptmann in the Aug. 14 edition of The Post. The headline University expects less in donations is rather jarring, especially when read within the context of the article. The article simply does not carry the message that Ohio University expects less donations in the coming year -

After raising about $9 million more than its goal of $18 million last year, Ohio University's Division of University Advancement has created a new goal for next year, and has taken steps toward beginning a university-wide fundraising campaign.
