'Hostile work environment' contributes to scandal at Scripps

Top administrators at Ohio University's Scripps College of Communication clashed Friday with a professor and assistant dean - defending a controversial tenure decision while refuting accusations that they turned a blind eye to bullying in Scripps Hall.

Post Letter: Black students cannot ignore vandalism at Hocking College

For those who have not heard, a message found last Friday in a residence hall men's bathroom at Hocking College threatened to kill Black students Feb. 2. Students take on 2-day film contest

In order to film its last scene, Baby Hollywood Productions needed a hospital room. It wasn't until 9 a.m. Saturday, after the group had spent an entire night filming, that Hickory Creek of Athens nursing home called to let them know they could use their facilities.

OU creates partnership with community college

Continuing a trend of branching out to community and technical colleges, Ohio University signed an agreement with Clark State Community College, allowing students from the Springfield-based community college the chance to extend associate degree programs to bachelor's degrees from OU.
