Today is Wednesday, November 13. Here’s what you need to know:
It seems as though fans of Sonic the Hedgehog won the battle to redesign the character’s appearance in the upcoming live-action movie Sonic the Hedgehog.
In a new trailer, Sonic looks more like the speedy, blue cartoon mammal fans grew up watching and playing in video games as compared to the CGI monstrosity that premiered with a new movie trailer in April. Among other changes that make the character look more like its original animated self, the new design reworked Sonic’s eyes to be bigger.
Fans seem to be more receptive of the movie now that the character is fixed but will have to wait until Feb. 14, 2020, to see it in theaters.
