After years of healing and coming to terms with herself, Devi Vishwakumar makes her way into her senior year of high school once again surrounded by friends, family and drama in the final season of “Never Have I Ever.” However, while the story of healing and self improvement shines, the rest of the plotlines throughout the season either simply don’t feel as important or just didn’t need to be there in the first place.

Safe Swimming for All, a program created by Gianna Petrella, is recruiting Ohio University students to help teach children with disabilities how to swim. The program is held at the Beacon School in increments of six weeks where trainers and volunteers work together to create a specialized plan for each student in order to help them achieve certain goals.

The swim and dive teams opened up their swimming lanes to see which OU student has the most impressive splash. Roughly 15-20 contestants took the plunge off of the 3-meter diving boards in hopes of taking home the grand prize by simply having the best cannonball.

Friday night marked the beginning of the final two days of the Mid-American Conference Championships. Ohio sat at sixth place after the first two days and climbed to fourth place after the end of the meet.

The Mid-American Conference Championships are underway at the Cooper Pool in Bowling Green, and the Bobcats have been delivering solid performances all around. After two days of competition, the Bobcats have a hold on sixth place.

The air was thick with excitement and chlorine at the Aquatic Center Saturday as Ohio geared up for its final home meet of the season against Cleveland State and Bowling Green. After being on the road for much of the season, Coach Mason Norman found that being back at the home pool created an environment that helped spur the Bobcats’ success.

Ohio wrapped up its weekend on the road with mixed success. Its swimmers traveled to face Akron in a dual meet, while the divers traveled to Buffalo, N.Y., for the UB Diving Invite.
